PDS signs Project Management Services Contract
with Samsung Heavy Industries

PDS and Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. (SHI) have entered into an agreement for PDS to supply specialist project management and senior level commissioning, completions and interface personnel to SHI at their Geoje shipyard in Korea and worldwide where SHI require PDS' services.
PDS Directors commented
that “the contract paves the way for many new and exciting opportunities
for PDS and SHI and it is based upon the strength of our long term relationship.
We are very serious about our commitment to SHI and have based two of
our Directors in Korea to ensure that local support is fully utilised.
We are already seeing the wisdom of this decision through involvement
in many new FPSO’s, drillships and platforms”.
PDS signs new Agreement with PCT Engineers

Following on from many years of service and strong relationships with PDS Directors, PDS is pleased to announce a new relationship with PCT.
PCT brings valuable specialist engineering capabilities to support PDS' interests in the Oil & Gas industry. Services include Risk Management, Asset Management, Engineering and Design, and Verification & Validation.
Under the Agreement, PDS has agreed to continue to provide PCT with Contract Management & Development services and Senior Project Management personnel.
